Primrose Rescue Rx 5055 is designed to combat the modern high pressure common rail (HPCR) engines concerns with injector nozzle coking. Also of a concern for HPCR engines is internal diesel injector deposits (IDID) that cause power performing injectors to produce less power, less efficient fuel economy, and increased emissions. These are common problems with ultra low sulfur diesel (ULSD) fuels.
